I provide all of the gear necessary based on the conversations we’ve had so that you don’t have to worry about renting any of that yourself. For events where I am performing in multiple locations, I bring two or three sets of gear so that everything is set up before the first guest arrives.

Yes, I have a variety of different style mics. I used wireless mics for most cases and they can either be clipped onto a person’s outfit, handheld, or put on a stand.

For most events, I request at least one 15amp circuit (typical wall outlet) that is only being used by my equipment. It’s important that I’m the only one on that circuit to ensure a clean source of power throughout the night.

Absolutely! That is covered in the online worksheet I provide you with once you book me. It’s all formatted in a very detailed way so that you can also let me know if you’d like a certain song to be a dedication to someone at your event.

I’m pretty easy going and flexible. Most of the time all I ask for is clean power and a close spot for me to park my vehicle

Fees are based on location and length of stay. In order to make it simple for you, I put together an invoice that covers my performance, travel, and gear rental.

As long as it fits within the vibe and not on your do-not-play list, I’d be happy to play their request. You can also let me know if you don’t want me taking requests.

The retainer fee to hold the date is 50% of the contract and then the final 50% due 30 days before your event.

I accept online bank transfers, credit cards, and checks.

During the planning months, if you decide to add on more production (musician, extra lighting, etc.) there will be a retainer fee to lock that in and then the final payment will be due 30 days before your event.

We can also discuss multiple payments throughout the planning months when it comes to a larger production.

On average, 9-14 months is a safe timeframe. I work on a first come, first serve basis and respond to inquires daily. My suggestion is reach out me as soon as you feel comfortable & confident to move forward with a contract.
